Ben has spent his career developing a valuable network of friends and clients, serving companies in a diverse array of industries, including commercial, industrial, and residential real estate development, economic development, urban renewal, manufacturing, retail, mining, education, agriculture, healthcare, tourism, energy, financial services, and utilities, among others. He has extensive experience in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors and is fluent in the languages of business, government and industry. He harnesses his natural curiosity of people, places, and companies to learn each client's needs and priorities to ensure projects are co-developed to achieve successful outcomes. He is a Certified Economic Developer with the International Economic Development Council (IEDC), an FAA licensed commercial drone pilot, and remains active with several trade associations, including Urban Land Institute, ICSC and IEDC. He maintains life/work balance by traveling and enjoying time with his wife Kimberlee, four children, and five granddaughters.

She understands how to promote brands, develop engaging content, and build relationships with clients that lead to impactful experiences. Her ability to communicate effectively enables her to craft compelling messages that resonate with target audiences, and her creativity allows her to develop innovative strategies to meet business goals.Through hard work and dedication, she does what it takes to create an easy and wonderful experience for clients and brands. When she is not working she is traveling the world with her family and loves to explore all of what Colorado has to offer.

Rachel has a sharp eye for design and a passion for building engaging online experiences, She has the knowledge and experience necessary to create captivating content that appeals to a variety of audiences thanks to her strong history in social media, photography, and graphic design. Rachel lives in Oklahoma City with her family, with whom she enjoys exploring new things. As a commercial drone pilot with FAA Part 107 Certification, Zander offers a unique perspective, capturing stunning aerial footage that adds depth and dimension to his projects. Additionally, Zander manages our Black Turtle Creations store, using his creativity to design and curate an exciting selection of products. He is also a full-time student at Colorado School of Mines.
